KDA_4_60111C - --The shelving under the pizza cutting station has dried food debris build up on the bottom shelves. There is dried food debris/grease build up on the 3 compartment sink faucet. The warewasher has food debris build up on the outside and underneath. On the clean dish storage shelving, the storage containers used for storing clean utensils have dried pizza sauce on the outside. NOTE: The district manager was the only one working and she was cleaning upon the inspector arriving. She has a new store manager and she has been working on cleaning the facility.
