  • KDA_3_30111B - --Observed employee in deli area removing stickers from tomatoes with fingers and no gloves. COS- educated on the importance of gloves and handwashing, tomatoes were voluntarily discarded.
  • KDA_3_30211A1b - --Observed raw chub chorizo store on shelf above containers of milk and tortillas sour cream RIC. COS- moved.
  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located at burrito bar in deli internal temperatures are as follows: taquera salsa 54.2F, pico 48.3, brava salsa 54F, shredded lettuce 47.8F, sour cream 48.4F, spicy house salsa 45.2F. Time out was unverified. Warming light had been turned on above burrito bar causing increase in temperature. COS- voluntarily discarded.

Located in the kitchen WIC: in meat corner, an open package of RTE deli ham containing no date to indicate when the ham was opened, PIC stated he did not know. COS- voluntarily destroyed.
