The person in charge said they were pulled from the WIC around noon and set out on the counter until 1:30-2:00pm. Then they were placed in the make table and tempted around 2:55pm. COS-placed back in the WIC to cool down. (Note: this was the only item in the make table that was out of temperature).

The drink cooler's ambient air temperature is 45F. There is no potentially hazardous food being kept in the unit.

KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the make table there were plastic food grade containers of shredded lettuce at 49.8F, mesquite chicken at 46.2F, chicken breast at 46.2F, diced chicken at 45.5F and shredded beef at 44.6F. These items were pulled from the walk in cooler and stocked around 9:30am and tempted around 10:50am (less than 4 hours). COS-placed the food items back in a reach in cooler. The ambient air temperature of the unit is reading 49.1F. In the drink reach in cooler there was a bottle of white milk at 45.7F and a bottle of chocolate milk at 46.3F. The bottles of milk have been in the unit longer than 4 hours. COS-discarded. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 46.6F.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --On the utensil rack there were 2 clear plastic food grade lids with cracks in them (not easy to clean). COS-pulled and placed in the office.
KDA_4_30111 - --The ambient air temperature of the make table is reading 49.1F and the ambient air temperature of the drink cooler is reading 46.6F.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust build up on the fan blower inside of the walk in cooler.
KDA_5_20515B - --The base of the faucet at the food prep sink leaks when water is supplied. The cold water handle at the mop sink leaks when water is supplied.
