KDA_4_60111A - --Located at the dish rack at the back of the kitchen, there were three plastic food container and four metal bowls stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. Corrected on site (COS)- moved to wash area. Located on the dish rack at the back of the kitchen, there was one plastic pitcher stored as clean that had a sticker on it. COS- moved to wash area. There is mold on the ice chute and under the soda nozzles at the wait station soda fountain. There is mold in the soda nozzle at the bar area.
