KDA_3_50118A1 - --In the Coca Cola RIC a container of hummus was date marked 1/11. COS, VD. In the kitchen MT a container of cut kale was dated 1/19. COS, VD. KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the wait station MT 2 containers of cottage cheese was not date marked. The server said she last worked on Friday and opened a new one. COS, 1 container discarded, the other container dated. In the WIC a pan of pot roast and 3 baked potatoes were not date marked. The PIC said they were made 1/23. COS, dated. An open gallon jug of milk and an open carton of cream. The PIC said it was opened yesterday at 10:30 AM. COS, dated. A container of spring mix, cut lettuce, and an opened bag of cut lettuce was not date marked. The PIC said they were opened on 1/23. COS, dated. In the Coca Cola RIC an open package of smoked sausage was not date marked. The PIC said it was opened on 1/24. COS, PIC chose to discard. A container of whipped cream cheese was not date marked.
