Violation descriptions:
5-203.12 - Toilet facilities shall be installed according to applicable state and local requirements or as approved by the regulatory authority. Toilet facilities shall be conveniently located and shall be accessible to employees and patrons at all times, except that food service establishments that have no seating arrangements shall not be required to provide patron access to toilet facilites. Separate toilet facilites that offer food consumption arrangement for 20 or more persons on the premises.
6-301.11 - Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of 2 adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
6-303.11A - The light intensity shall be: (A) At least 108 lux (10 foot candles) at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry FOOD storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning;
7-204.11 - Chemical SANITIZERS and other chemical antimicrobials applied to FOOD-CONTACT SURFACEs shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940 Tolerance exemptions for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (food-contact surface sanitizing solutions).
