Sitting on top of those items were 11 single serve containers of vanilla yogurt. On top of that was three cartons of raw shell eggs. Person in charge did not know why those items were there. Also in the walk in cooler, the following items had the raw dough product coming out of the cans,12 cans of raw pizza crust, 37 cans of jumbo cinnamon rolls, 12 cans of cinnamon rolls, 10 cans of biscuits and 13 cans of crescent rolls. On the clearance rack, there was a ten pound bag of flour with a hole in the bottom of it. There were three cans of refried beans, one can of enchilada sauce, two cans of chicken broth, one can of kidney beans and one can of green beans. Out on the retail floor, one can of Chef Boyardee Lasagna, one can of fire roasted tomatoes, 12 cans of kidney beans, one can of green beans and one can hominy. These canned goods had severe dents in the seams and sides, some had bulging bottoms. COS- canned goods were taken off retail shelf. The items in the walk in cooler were voluntarily discarded, the person in charge said the eggs were outdated.
