KDA_3_50118A1 - --There was a container of cooked carnitas in the make table (burrito bar) that was dated 8/19. PIC stated 8/19 was the prep date. COS- PIC voluntarily discarded the carnitas.
KDA_3_50118A3 - --There was a container of german filling (made on site)that was dated 8/23 to 8/30. COS- PIC correctly date marked. There was a container of tart filling (made on site) that was dated 8/23 to 8/30. COS- PIC correctly date marked. Both items were located in the bakery walk in cooler.
KDA_4_60111A - --There was old sticker residue along the side of approximately 5-10 food storage containers that were stacked together on the clean utensil shelf in the bakery area. COS- PIC moved the containers back to the ware washing area for additional cleaning.
KDA_Defacto - --No breakfast sandwiches on the hot grill during time of inspection. PIC stated the hot controls were adjusted to a higher temperature. --yogurt 43 (reach in cooler in question) No meat thawing in meat department, no items left out in produce.
