KDA_3_30211A1b - --Located in the WIC on the shelving, there was a bowl of raw chicken sitting on the shelf above 2 bottles of RTE salad dressing. COS. Chicken was moved.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --Located on the shelving unit in the hallway, there was a soiled fly swatter sitting on top of a bucket of rice and sesame seeds. COS. Swatter was moved and lids on containers were washed. Located in the WIF were are 2 cases of shrimp and 1 case of cangrejo sitting on the floor. COS. Items were moved to shelving.
KDA_4_60111C - --The interior of the trash cans in the kitchen area have a large accumulation of dried food debris garbage in the bottom. The handles and door of the WIC have an accumulation of sticky debris.
