I had to write in about Bill knight he is excellent and got got internet working after being without for almost two weeks. H e is very nice to deal with and I appreciate it.

My sales person in Franklinton was Jami. She had so much patience with me and I went to the store 4 different days. She even encouraged me to come back so she could help me with the navigation. I'm a senior adult and I feel comfortable going back for help. The store was very clean and attractive. The inventory was well stocked. While Jami worked the phone I spent time browsing. Jami wasn't impatient as we moved from one type of phone to another. She was more than willing to address any concerns I had over the use of the phone. I received an lag pad with my new phone. She was very helpful with the pads instructions. I live in a small rural town and would suggest to anyone to use our hometown store.
