I can not yet rate the quality of the product I ordered as I still have NOT received it! This is the absolute LAST time I will deal with this AT&T store in particular! I ordered a new iPhone6 128GB and had the phone delivered to the store. WHAT A JOKE! I had an email confirming delivery to the store on Thursday November 20th at 1:20, so I went to the store that Saturday to pick it up and THEY couldn't find it anywhere. Instead of taking care of the problem for me, they had ME call the USPS (who I was on hold with for 1 hour and never talked to anyone. Until that Monday). When I did finally talk to someone at USPS, they told me it was now AT&T's problem and there was nothing they could do. When I went back into AT&T to tell them this, they wanted me to charge my card AGAIN so they could order me another phone and they could refund me when it came in! Are you kidding me?!? I NEVER even saw the FIRST phone I ordered. TWO weeks later, I was finally able to meet with a manager who refunded and charged my card again to order me a second phone; however, the phone won't even ship until 12/13-12/23!! Yes a MONTH after I ordered the phone in the first place! Ridiculous run-around and no compensation yet on my end!! After this ordeal, I will NOT deal with this store EVER AGAIN!
Would you recommend AT&T to others? No
