Today 7-27-2015 I visited this location at 12:16 pm to make a counter deposit. The customer in front of me was older women who was very upset over something and left the teller counter telling the tellers she has worked since she was 14 and she is very upset. Don't know what transpired but when this customer made this comment to the tellers they were smiling. This was very inappropriate in my opinion.
When my turn came to make my deposit I mention to the teller that the comment on the deposit slip that states " to avoid errors etc. to use your pre-printed form" would not be needed if you got a fair amount of deposit slips when you get your checks and would she pass that on. Usually 1 or 2 is all you get. The teller proceeded to say you can order them but you would have to pay for them. My point to her was you are paying for your checks and should not have to pay for deposit slips...in the past you would be provided with more than 1 or 2 deposit slips.
I have been banking at this location for 8+ years and these 2 tellers are very unprofessional. The previous staff there have always been professional, polite and caring towards. Who is hiring and training those who represent your bank?
