Bank of America locations in Myrtle Beach, SC

Branch manager and an associate, both gave us bad service. BManager did not introduce herself. Stopped payment on an auto withdrawal and did not inform us there was a $35 service charge.
Opened new checking account. Was told we would get a debit card with photo. When received, we got an Mastercard, not Visa and it did not have photo. Also this associate (name is known) ordered checks. When they did not come had to call bank and no order was ever placed for checks. Back to Debit card, was not informed bank changed to mastercard, for security reason until I questioned why.
Order was put in by bank manager for new card with photo like it should have been in the beginning and we received a $5 charge for a replacement card. And were not told this would happen. Service charges were credited back to us per a bank employee via phone call to BofA. I get great service when calling. Do not call branch, you will never get you phone call answered.

No longer offer drive-up window so if making all transactions - other than ATM - one must go inside.
