I would just like to commend the one cashier up front, the sweet little short girl with dark hair. Every time I come in she is always so friendly, polite and helpful to all the customers. She seems to really go out of her way to be helpful and I wish all stores had a cashier like her. She always leaves me smiling as I walk out of the store.
I watched her deal with an unfriendly customer in the most professional manner and she actually diffused the customers rude disposition and had the customer smiling before she left. You just don't see too many young adults who work with the public, handle situations with professionalism and respect anymore, and it was refreshing to watch this young lady handle her job with such class.
