Dunkin Donuts locations in Myrtle Beach, SC

This place has horrible customer service! I believe it to be the manger (she didn't wear a name tag) is rude to customers and workers alike. First time we stopped in there it seemed as though young man was in training and the person training him was nasty and rude. I wouldn't blame him if he didn't come back to work there. Friend ordered a latte and it tasted like dirty dish water. Stopped in a couple more times while on vacation and it was still more of the same rudeness from the same worker.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Stay away from this location. They are rude, and certainly not about customer service.
If they hear your order wrong, they make what they want than charge you for the incorrect one and the one you actually told them you wanted. Do even think about a 2.00 refund. They can't do that without a manager. Seriously...lost a regular customer because of the mouth of the employee....
