H&R Block locations in St. Louis, MO

My name is Carla Clrk and I have been a client of H&R Block for at least 10 years. I have always gotten A1 treatment and A++++ service. The price has never bothered me. I just have one "comment" or "complaint". I have always been able to get the preloan. the loan before you get your taxes done and they just take it back when you get your tax refund. In the last few years I haven't because of the rules changing. Because of some circumstances, out of my control, I really needed assistance this year and was hoping to get that loan. I am so afraid to even try because, again, I haven't gotten it in the last few years. If I had anything derogatory or disappointing to say about H$R Block it would be whatever the rules where, it was a bad idea to change them, especially when "life" hits people hard and you kind of depend on that to get you through. Other than that, I hope H&R Block stays around for a long time and I personally will be with you all until the end. Despite the preloan thing.
