Hardee's locations in Cedar Rapids, IA

the employees are great but the store manager tends to yell at the employees instead of talking. Even if they are getting in trouble for something I as a customer should not have to hear it. I feel sorry for the employees at that Hardees as that is not only embarrassing for them but that is not much of a manager to treat them like that. I would not reccommend anyone to work under that manager. He is rude and controlling from the sound of his voice.
