KFC locations in Cuyahoga County, OH (Cleveland, Brook Park, Euclid, Lakewood, ...)

I don't frequent this store very often at all, but I can say confidently that this store's customer service is seriously bad. Though I am 65, twice I have been denied the posted 10% Senior Discount offered to customers over 55. The first time this happened the manager said to me (with obvious satisfaction) that since I'd failed to ask for the discount prior to placing my order that I would be given no discount. Then two days ago this happened again, this time being told by the rude cashier, Heather, that she "didn't hear me say it" after I'd clearly requested the discount prior to placing my order. Heather, who is obviously mentally challenged (besides being difficult to understand when she talks), gave me no receipt until I asked for it, and even then refused to place the receipt into my extended hand but stuffed it in my bag of chicken as if annoyed. The food at KFC is delicious but the service at this store is awful!

They have the best service,friendly,fast and the cleanest restaurant around there.Gina helped me with my order,getting me the most for my family.I will keep going to this restaurant for a very long time.Gina keep up the great service .Thank You
