Yes I recommend the grove city store
Laura in men's clothing took my call regarding a jacket - she took the time to locate and provide great information before I made a 45 mike one way trip there. I appreciated her effort and I find the employees there to always be helpful

After I just praised grove city for their service I'm a bit disappointed in the reynoldsburg store. I called to inquire to see if a men's clothing item was in stock
I was informed that due to low staffing they're unable to check but I can come into the store. I explained that I'm 40 miles away one way and she replied sorry about that. Now what she could have done was get my name number and request and research it when time was permissible - I understsnd this is one if the locations that's closing and I'm sorry, but as a customer I would hope to receive good service to the end
I like Kmart and I'm going to assume she's having a bad day and I'll call again with hopes of speaking to someone else that's willing to help - thanks for reading
