I ordered food on 09/09/05:38 pm at store #11400 I drove home to Brevard and sat down to enjoy my food and I Had to throw away the Deluxe Crispy Chicken and two french fries They must have been cooked in old grease. I never drove back to complain it is a 35 min drive back. I was disappointing I expected more from McDonald's.

This is one of the worst McD I have been to. It's in my neighborhood and has been bad for awhile. Service is very slow and employees don't seem to know what they are doing. On a recent trip I was in the drive-thru for 12 minutes for a double cheeseburger. When I got to the window they didn't know which order was mine, then I waited at the window for another 2 minutes. When drove away and looked in the bag there was an extra cheesebuger in there I didn't order. Needs a new manager to upgrade the training.

Terrible service! Drive thru cashier said he was a Manager named Fred, but he couldn’t handle the job. He took so long with zero inside customers and I never heard anyone order and no one responded to my Hello’s; so I thought the speakers were broken. I drive to the window and he tells me to drive back around even though there were ZERO cars behind me. Just a jackass on a power trip.
