his place is a joke... starting with the ordering process... these people half way listen to what you are ordering then you get to the window to pay and there is no good morning/afternoon just the dollar amount and no thank you, then the pickup window.. wow! This morning we went through there as we do a couple times a week if we are on that side of town... we ordered 2 teas, a mcgriddle and a parfait. The young lady in the pickup window is NEVER friendly at all... she barely reaches out the window to pass me the teas, then the bag that has the mcgriddle in it.. then closes window. I waited until she came back and she said you need to pull forward for the parfait. REALLY? these are pre-made daily and I am being asked to pull and wait. So my response was no mam. I said no because I would have sat there another 15 mins. So after about 8 mins of waiting a lady from the kitchen area comes up to the window and snatches the bag out of the hand of the gentleman who works that area too and she slings it out the window and SLAMS the window back shut. This lady was anger that she had to put together sliced strawberries, blueberries and yogurt into a cup... it's not rocket science. She should not have conducted herself in this manner period! We called and spoke to a manager but as we all know she probably did not do anything about it. I will be looking for the owner of that location and will have a talk about this experience. It would be one thing if it was an occasional attitude but it is every time we have gone through there. Customer service is NOT a hard job.. it can be trying at times but they need to realize without customers they would have NO jobs!!!
