McDonald's locations in Delaware County, OH (Delaware, Sunbury, Powell)

Terrible terrible. Couldn't believe I was in a McDonalds. Walked inside to get a cup of coffee while at laundramat across the street. No one looked dressed appropriately to be an employee. The manager was screwing around reading this phone and ignoring the girl helping me when she asked if they had coffee. She was in leotard pants and a bright pink fleece jacket. Someone else told her there was none made and of the seven people behind the counter that I could see, no one offered to make any. She said that there wasn't any made. Seriously? Who owns this location? No customers and overstaffed and standing around doing nothing but goofing off in their pajamas! Maybe I should post a picture of this lame "team".

Just got home with one napkin and no syrup. I waited in the second line in drive thru for 5 minutes only to see the the first line empty and then take an order in front of me. Only when I complained did I get waited on . The guy apologized but no offer of discount. I asked the cashier why that happened and she didn't know. When I picked up the food no apology. When I called the restaurant to tell them we did not get syrup, it rang for about 10-15 times only to get answered and hung up on with no one speaking. The drive thu is absolutely terrible 😡 my wife just indicated that the pancakes are cold.

I can't through the drive through on my lunch break from work. 30 minutes in the drive through. That is absolutely crazy. Food was cold. Never again.

The restrooms here are terrible. They are so dirty and nasty and it unbelievable that it is a McDonald's. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves pulling in the business and money that they do. Train your employee's to clean!! Other places do.
