Thursday, July 3 @ 330am...Ordered 3 egg muffins and 1 quarter pounder with cheese, after being told breakfast and lunch we're available (and cash only). Received only 2 egg muffins and the burger. Eggs on the muffins were so rubbery and dry that I physically couldn't bite through the sandwich. Absolutely the worst food I have ever had at any full service restaurant, qsr, hotel, food truck, or even free food at someone's house. I called and complained to the night manager, who was apologetic, offered free food for my next visit, and was friendly. She also mentioned that this is a recurring incident.
Here is my point; Don't offer both menus at 330am if you can't correctly execute them. Don't sell a sandwich if it isn't right. Don't offer a menu, and only have a portion of it available. McDonalds is an enormous company, has unlimited resources, and can easily correct these issues.
I studied your corporation extensively in college. I am a current hospitality professional with a Master's degree in Hospitality Management, twenty years industry experience, and even worked for McDonalds when I was younger. I am very forgiving of quality of service and food quality due to my background, but this was ridiculous.
Step it up. Train your staff. Be proud of what you serve. Listen to problems and try to fix them. Location #11148, fail. I appreciate the offer of free food to make up for my experience tonight, but it will not be redeemed. I will not return. I truly hope this is read and taken as a reality check for this location, and it's owners.
Sincerely,
Former Customer
