McDonald's locations in Lincoln, NE

So after a long week of work I come in town like I do every week and 11:01 go to go through the drive-thru and they're closed but according to the website they're open what a disappointment at least I could update their website

My daughter was getting a soda and the manager (I assume) ran to the register as if she were stealing. She was very rude I was so offended. That is terrible customer service. But being a franchise store they can treat ppl how they want. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further up N 27th.

At the drive-thru I ordered my meal and an apple pie. The individual said it was a 10 minute wait for apple pie, so I said I'll wait. After 10 minutes I finally made it to the pickup window and got my order. I asked where is my apple pie, I had requested it however she did not put it on the order. The response from the window person was, "she probably said it was 10 minutes so you wouldn't order it." I said I wanted one, so he took my dollar and went to check on apple pies. He returned to the window with my dollar and said it's a 10 minute wait! I responded with I WANT ONE PLEASEEEEEEE and I will wait. So I waited another 10 minutes for the silly apple pie. Your restaurant does the same thing when they have that sign up that says '$1.00 for two apple or cherry pies'. I do not recommend your restaurant to people as a mater of fact I tell them not to go. Why advertise something and they do all you can to not allow people to order it!??? Tacky.

At the drive thru I was asked if I wanted my change. Why would I be asked that? I said yes but she never returned. Does this McDonalds not want any cash transactions or just a way to increase the cashiers paycheck?

Staff and manager were very rude and would not help several customers who requested assistance with the kiosk that appeared to be operating erratically. Customers were told the staff had no time to help customers because they were so busy.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in town. The staff is rude and manager and owner are terrible.

I literally went through the drive thru and they told me just a second they'd be right with me. 10 minutes later there was nobody there and no one even at the drive thru. So I backed up and pulled back up. I was told the same thing. To please wait. Watched a car pull up and they took their order. At this point I was furious. Backed up and pulled forward again. Only to be told the same thing. I waited 45 minutes just to order a friggin. Mcchicken. I am not happy. At all. Like I don't even understand. Was he too high to understand there was someone waiting??? I pulled up and asked for a manager. He said there would be one at the next window so I paid and pulled forward. She simply said " oh I'm sorry they didn't schedule me enough people." During my hour long wait there were only 5 cars that went thru the drive thru including me. I cal bull crap and am no happy what so ever.

This morning I went through the drive through and while all who assisted me were wonderful and pleasant and smiling, I received the wrong order even after they asked me what I ordered.
I paid for a large latte with whole milk, no flavoring and received a regular coffee with cream which I am almost certain does not cost the $3.++ dollars I paid for the latte.
I did not realize this until I got out of my car at work, so there was no way I could return to get the correct order.
I am not sure two drive thru's are efficient when wrong orders are being handed out and if customers are paying more for something less.

This is the best McDonald's in Lincoln I've only had one bad experience and I've gone there for as long as I can remember.

FDA violation, walked into this resteraunt and saw workers standing around with a live rabbit one of the workers brought in

I would definatly recommend this Store to anyone. First off because if it is clean always. The crew always seems very cheerful and courteous. I am one of those people that have special recommendations for my food I seem to never have any issues with this as well. It is hard to find a fast food restaurant that is clean has a good staff.Plus you cant beat the dollar menu. I will say without my Carmal Frapee I would not be able to start my work day:).....So thank you Mikey Dees. I can say some of my best memories do include your store. I will be a ongoing customer for many years for sure.

I visited this morning they were short staffed but I appreciated the morning managers profession. She greeted everyone with a smile and knew a lot of the regular customers orders. It's not easy to be that cheerful at 5:30am with a short staff.

Manager and drive through guy were rude, Food order was messed up and the lady manager used foul language will addressing the situation. I will not go back to this location. Seems clear that no one cares about the customer her

Terrible place. Not enough staff.

This restaurant is very poor in my estimation. McDonalds advertises a chicken club, with bacon and cheese. When my son went to place our order, he was told they don't carry it, but made me one anyway. They took a Grilled Artisan Chicken Sandwich, at $4.59, added 3 thin slices of bacon, at $1.09, and a very,very thin slice of white cheddar cheese, at $.30 for a total of $5.98. The chicken was tough, bacon was ok, couldn't even taste the cheese it was so thin. (I could see thru it). I just found out this is a private franchise. We have eaten at this restaurant a few times, and each time the food was horrible. Takes forever to get waited on. All I can say, is the restaurant is bringing down the name McDonalds. I definitely will not return to this restaurant. There is another one a few miles down the road on 56th and Old Cheney here in Lincoln. I will drive the extra miles to get a good meal. (I couldn't get the chart above to rate the food, service, price, etc. If I had, all of them would be poor.). Thank you for listening.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru I was told at the window that they were only accepting cash, and that I would have to park and wait in line inside to pay and receive my order. I am on a time limited break and had already spent two thirds in the drive thru. I normally do not carry cash. There was no alternate, I am a regular customer as it’s close to my work. I was left with no alternative but to return to work without lunch. I will never eat there again. Extremely poor management.
