McDonald's locations in Thornton, CO

The worst McDonald's I have EVER dealt with. Had to wait 20 minutes for our order. They also messed up our order by not including some of the items which caused me to spend a total of 45 minutes via drive-thru. Istead of making things right, they were very disrespectful. The employees argued with me claiming they were short staffed and offering me "if I would like to assist them in the kitchen since I want to complaint". Tried to speak with the manager and he would not come out to speak with me. Asked for their names so I could report them to corporate and they refuse to provide them to me.

McDonald's Corporation should be ashamed to have such franchise/people representing their name. How could these workers treat customers in this manner? Do they not realize that without paying customers like myself, their jobs would not exist?

People, a word of advise, think twice before spending your hard earned money at this location!!

Lettuce on chicken sandwich was gooey. Teenagers have no idea what they are doing or how to dress for work.

After waiting over 15 minutes for two egg Mcmuffins I decided to leave. I didn't even bother to ask for my money. There were about 7 young teenagers behind the counter, running around, throwing things at each other, touching their hair ( among health code violations). One kid asked another kid for the egg Mcmuffins over 10 times, but this kid kid had a blank stare in his eyes and repeatedly asked what he needed to do. I didn't want any of their cooties so I left. Just unprofessional and dirty. Eww....
