i arrive with my mom and my little girl around 6pm on may,17,2017. The cashier was cleaning the frappe machine. She didn't notice we were waiting for her because she was on her phone. After couple minutes she finally turn!! I ask how long it will take so we can came back and order a frappe! She said about 2 hours!!!! I was a manager at McDonald's for 5 years so I know it doesn't take that much. Well this McDonald's is located inside Walmart so I said okay and I decided to came back after I finished shopping. I went back after an hour and of course the machine was already done. I ordered a McDoble, cheese burger no pickles, sm chocolate chip frappe and a Lg Hazelnut ice coffee with 4 extra creams. Oh and a glass of water for my toddler. She gave me a small cup. When I went to grab water I noticed that no lids were place for that size of cup. It was really little. I ask her for a lid or another small cup with a lid so my little girl could drink some water. She said with a actitud that's the only cup I can give you. If no I will charge you for a regular one. I paid 1.50 fo a small cup with a lid! But she didn't put the money in the drawer. After that she starts making my LG ice coffee. I saw she put only 5 shots of hazelnut when I know there 6 for a LG ice coffee. I love sweet coffee so I ask her.,Don't you suppose to put 6 of those shots instead of 5? She got really upset, and said NO!!! (With actitud and really loud) if you want more then 5 you have to pay extra!!!!and She went and ask her manager named Maria.she confirmed her yes 6 shots for the LG one. Instead of her apologizing to me and my family she said ! All McDonald's are different!!! They have diferent owners!! You can call my manager if you want and I will call him too.!!! CoMe on!!!!!! I know McDonald's standards and I'm really mad about what happened. I paid for a good service and all I got was a big attitude and rudeness. I know she will not get fired or write up! But I think you guys should trained your crew and managers.. this is unacceptable. Customers don't deserve being treat like this. I would never come back to this location ever. I hope you guys do something with this behavior.
