Men's Wearhouse locations in Erie County, NY (Amherst, Blasdell, Buffalo, Cheektowaga)

Horrible service I went in to get a plan for my wedding I got fitted and everything was going well until pricing and what package and deal or offers I was getting and the lady that helped me said manager is the only person who can go over that information with me but the manager was currently out of town on vacation and will be back the following day and will contact me but unfortunately I waited a week and heard nothing so I called them and asked if the manager was available and they said no he was on lunch break and promised me another call back as soon as he returned and still no call back I waited almost a month n called several more times and still I can't get in touch with this so called manager! Now my wedding is in 7 days and still no call back and they have my deposits and I still don't know what package or deals I'm getting for a group of almost 50 tuxedo rentals at 140 dollars a tux I've been really busy getting ready for my wedding I haven't had the timeto stop by but I will pay them a visit today and see what's the issue with these unprofessional so called managers who lie n have their employees lying for them over n over again if my time frame wasn't so tight I would cancel and go to tuxedo junction they were cheaper n better but I already have 25 guests who already got fitted and money is nonreturnable as I was told. But I will pay them a visit at 11am and let ppl know how it goes but til then I don't recommend doing business with this location at all! Because of there poor customer service skills and management I won't say all locations are horrible because I've had the best service at the McKinley pkwy location several events. Coming to this particular location was the biggest mistake ever but let's hope they fix my issue today!
