Office Depot locations in Jackson, MS

This is the worst printing store ever on Robinson Rd. in the past few years...service standards have declined tremendously. (Print area Only) They don't acknowledge your presence. ..they act like it is a bother that you need assistance. It use to be so nice,they would go out of their way to service you...now the lady back there is much too important to see if you're satisfied. TODAY I asked if I could print from a flash Drive...her answer was "No you need a computer" that's All. I know it can be done, but she didn't offer to do it for me or nothing (so I just left so disappointed )....I guess it is under different management now...Because it seems know one cares if you come back or not.

The cashier was friendly, but seemed unhappy. Nobody asked if i needed help while shopping, but the cashier was nice. The store was clean, and it was going out of business. That may have had something to do with why the cashier was unhappy. I have visited the store before when it was not in a close out state, and employees have always been friendly. I do like the prices of close out sale, I am going to miss this location. This review states that I need to write at least 100 words, so I am writing this extra sentence to complete that task.
My review is quite simple. I like the store, and will continue shopping at other locations. Kinkos printing department charges 10 cents cheaper than that of Office Depot, so I will not use office depot for printing needs unless i have a coupon.
