I can not believe what I read about all the above reviews on Centerville post office. I have had same " not deliver " problems pretty often. Some times my neighbors will bring the wrongly delivered letters to us. Some times I will receive letter with some one wrote " MAILMAN! This is not mine-you've delivered to wrong address! 5/11/16" .
I also had a check (not a big amount) not delivered. and had to take 1/2 of the lose to get paid.
SO, UNBELIVEABLE!! No accountability on their work ?!

I called to check the status of a certified mail package that had not been delivered. Even though there was an issue with the package, the customer service that I received from Leann was phenomenal. She was awesome!!!!

The company from which I ordered the product told me that
it would be delivered from my local post office. I looked up
this post office 32308, Centerville Road Tallahassee, Fl.
I used the tracking number and the web site told me that the item was"delivered yesterday." IT WAS NOT.
Ordinarily I would not be upset by a 2 day tardiness. However
several months ago a shirt I ordered was NEVER DELIVERED
IT WAS LOST!!
A year ago a ring worth $500. was tardy by 3 WEEKS with my
calling every day.
No wonder this P.O. has only one star, it should nave NONE!
It should be CLOSED and the building used by Fed X or
another mail service this P.O. is beyond belief!!

I have sent a priority mail package 10 days ago and they did not delivered it yet. I have called the representative two days ago and he said "we will deliver it today" but until now not delivered and I don't know if they missed it or not.

This is the worst set of mailman in Tallahassee. On 6/12/15 I guess a substitute delivered my mail he was a man. He threw my mail on the ground as if my mail wasn't important. I am ticked off by his lack of caring. He does not need to be delivering anybody's mail
