Did you know that these stores have no active managers?? If you have a problem or issue, you have no one to talk to other than the employees working there. NOTE: If you take a phone in there for trade-in, they do not verify that you are even the owner of the device. As long as their "port" says it is not stolen, they will take it. So, parents of teenage or older children, do not be shocked that one day your off-spring can just go in there and trade in a phone that is not legally theirs. It is impossible to locate even the "district manager" and don't bother trying to call corporate because as far as they are concerned, as I was told by a supervisor there, that the stores handle trade-ins at their own discretion. So here is a piece of advice....don't let anyone know your personal information regarding your account....no matter how much you love or trust them! They can walk right into Sprint and trade your property....the property that you are solely responsible for and you can't do a darn thing about it. And one more thing....ALL of the carriers conduct business in this way...just to steal customers from each other. They don't care about the consumer or their privacy....they just care about money.....period.
Would you recommend Sprint Store to others? No
