I'm not one to complain much because I worked retail 25 years and know how hard it can be . But now that I can't work and my mom stays with me sometimes I do get short tempered. One day stopped to get my mom a sandwich thru the drivethru and they were busy didn't mind the wait the problem was after getting home my mom had received the wrong sandwich which I had to take back . So after writing my complaint the manager called me took care of my frustrations and gave me a free sandwich for my mom. I wasn't looking for something free just to be told they were sorry. The manger was very polite and I appreciate the time she took . I will still go there mistakes happen and I'm sorry for venting but happy the manager there seems to be doing a very good job and wants things done right
