One star because I have to put some stars apparently.

This company is bs, do not buy from them. When we bought our scooter from their mall location we were told that we had a year warranty and free lifetime oil changes. After buying it, we are told by their college st location that it's only a year of free oil changes and the warranty only covers the engine. Alright, got it.

This is month 10.

We dropped our scooter off with them to get a pad on the engine fixed. We're told it will be ready the next day. We called every day for 3 weeks before it was done. We go to pick it up. Now we're being told that the warranty was only 90 days.

Just because there was a mixup he gave us the parts free and only charged half labor. I am never going back. You shouldn't either. Go someplace else, I assure you, you'll be better off.
