The service is absolutely terrible! Driver brought my package took it off the truck, put it back on the truck without even attempting to bring it to my home. When I asked her why she was putting my package back on the truck she responded "I'll be back in a few minutes" and drove off! That was 2 days ago. Now my package is showing no scheduled delivery and there is no actual person to contact.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! anytime I get a package through ups I get the run around the workers leave your package anywhere just to say they delivered it. Let anyone sign any name on a package that’s not even their’s all to mark you package as delivered. I absolutely hate UPS. I can understand having a photo ID to pick up my package but a letter from a store stating I can pick up a item I’ve already paid for is ridiculous.

Don't ever get any packages that come through Bedford Park your package will either get lost or they will not deliver it on the day they say they're going to deliver it they will say it's on the truck on its way to you but always be on the wrong truck and you'll never get it on time that's my experience with them I've had multiple experiences with them like that
