I had a signed note on my door and the driver did not leave my package. I tried to call the customer service number and it was impossible to talk to a human! Very frustrated with UPS!

There is a delivery problem in the Hastings facility. Packages lost or very delayed. Tracking inquiry states it is ‘out for delivery’ then it’s lost. One day it stated it would be delivered from Hastings, then it stated it was delivered IN Hastings. Newsflash ,,,, I don’t live in Hastings. Please fix this extremely frustrating problem.
