Wonderful customer service! The 800 number was actually easy to navigate through and he was extremely helpful. We had electronics being delivered and due to a snow storm in Rapid City, I was stuck and unable to be home when it was delivered. He made simple arrangements for my husband to pick up. Thanks again. You actually relieved some stress. Although we were not able to redirect, a comfortable solution was made. It's been crazy on both ends and this package being delivered was extremely important and has had us both very, very worried.
