The center refuses to modify their GPS system to show that the dirt road I live on is a dead end. When they try to come south from the gravel county road instead of north from the paved State Highway, the new drivers reach the wash-out and mark the package as undeliverable. This time the driver marked "customer not on building directory" and the computer wanted me to correct my address. After I re-entered the correct address the tracking showed it as corrected to a random business hundreds of miles away. Nearly impossible to reach a live human, and the phone person I finally reached spoke BADLY accented English, VERY FAST. Poor telephone skills. He couldn't do anything to correct UPS error except send a message to the shipping center that made the mistake. My experience with UPS is that they bungle 50% of the deliveries they are asked to send to me. Fifty percent is a failing grade in any elementary school in the US!!! These statements are not insults or aspersions, they are a description of UPS mistakes. If there is any defamation in this statement, UPS has defamed themselves by their actions.

I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU CANT DEAL WITH UPS. THEY HAVE NO LINE OF AUTHORITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY. MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIBERATELY MISHANDLED AND THE TRACKING HISTORY ALTERED AND SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES MISREPRESENTED. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THREE "SUPERVISORS" OR PERSONS WHO REPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS SUPERVISORS, WITH WHOM YOU CAN NEVER GET BACK INTO CONTACT AGAIN. I WAS TOLD BY THE LAST ONE THAT HER INFO WAS THAT THE PACKAGE WAS ON A TRUCK FOR DELIVERY, WHICH WAS SHOWN BY TRACKING HISTORY TO HAVE JUST HAD A DESTINATION SCAN AT 907 AM. THEN MY TRACKING HISTORY WAS ALTERED RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES TO CONFORM TO WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. I WILL BE FORWARDING MY INFORMATION ON THIS FIASCO TO MY SHIPPER BRUSHY CREEK REGARDING THE INEPTITUDE, DISHONESTY AND ARROGANT PEOPLE WITH WHOM I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH TRYING TO GET MY PACKAGE DELIVERED. THE TRUTH IS NOT DEFAMATORY
