I have called the ups customer service number 3 times to request that a package that I bought and paid for in full to be held so I can drive and pick my package up, it show's that it is at the local facility and I also called the local hub
NO HELP AT ALL!!!
ive been told that they need a manifest from the sender even though I have my receipt showing that I paid cash for the item and it shows it includes shipping.
TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I cannot understand why I cannot pick up my package with a receipt and a valid GA driver lic ????
