I have been with US Cellular for several years. I love my plan and it's very affordable. I love it that they have reward points as I have only had to pay for one phone as my rewards points have helped me to up grade and not have to pay for my phone. I am able to talk in most elevators that I go in and other people I know they loose reception as soon as they step on the elevator. I have always had good service at the 56th and Edgewood location in Lincoln Nebraska. They are very knowledgeable about the plans and phones that are available. I even got a personal letter in the mail that only 200 people received telling me that I have been choosen to up grade my phone with no extra fees involved. I have never had any complaints with US Cellular and very rarely have a lost a call on my phone either. I would recommend US Cellular to any one over any other company out there.
