My purpose in writing a review is to defend the employees, Juliet and Jeff, who my husband, my daughter, and I witnessed being mistreated by a customer. On Sunday, September 18, 2022 between 4:50 and 5:00 PM, an Amazon driver was complaining about his food being stale. While he was relatively reasonable at first, he became increasingly rude and verbally aggressive towards the employees - especially towards Jeff (as the customer used foul language and made threatening & insulting remarks to him). The response of the employees was calm and respectful and Juliet provided the young man with freshly made food.
