REQUIRED CORRECTION: Employees shall store their personal care items in appropriate lockers or storage facilities.
REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY.  Working containers (including spray bottles) used for storing poisonous or toxic materials, such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies, shall be clearly and individually labeled with the common name of the material.

The harvester tags or labels must include the harvester's identification number, date of harvesting, the identification of the harvest location or aquatic site, type and quantity of shellfish, and the statement "THIS TAG IS REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED UNTIL CONTAINER IS EMPTY OR RETAGGED AND THEREAFTER KEPT ON FILE FOR 90 DAYS." The dealer tags or labels must include the dealer's name, address and certification number, the original shippers identification number, date of harvesting, type and quantity of shellfish, and the statement "THIS TAG IS REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED UNTIL CONTAINER IS EMPTY AND THEREAFTER KEPT ON FILE FOR 90 DAYS."
