I placed an order for breakfast sandwiches on 05/02/24. When I arrived at McDonalds-Stinson, 30 minutes later, they did not have the order in their system. While I was there, the order popped up but I told them to cancel it because I was not going to be able to wait for it. They told me they could not refund me in store. I called customer service that same day and was told they would reach out to the store to ask about a refund. I have not heard back and just saw on Paypal that the charge went from Pending to Active. I did not receive any sandwiches and the order was cancelled so I would like a full refund. Thanks.
