The worst food I have eaten in NYC.
Never again. Zagat rating of 18 is too generous .
The best part of this restaurant experience were the young and charming crowds who seem to love the pizza they were eating.
The cheese "BURRATA " in salad was EXCELLENT . I would highly recommend it. The salads were quite good and I did not taste the pizza.
AS FOR THE MAIN COURSE AND DESERTS .
1. The branzino was so terrible ($ 28) that they had to suffocate it with some horrible red sauce that was impossible to eat. People who ate the salmon said it was fine.
2. The $18 hamburger was very small, too salty for words and impossible to finish because of the stale after taste.
I requested medium, instead it arrived well done.
3. The chicken sort of pizza reminded me of shoe leather. Overcooked and tough.
4. I didn't have any of the pasta dishes.
Someone on our table complained about too much garlic in the pasta dishes. I did taste it—no opinion.
The deserts unpleasant and we left most of them on the table. Not worth the calories.
5. The bread was very good quality but unfortunatelly stale. The oil quality was excellent.
6. Service was unprofessional and cold.
