AT THIS TIME THE FACILITY IS PERFORMING COMPLEX COOKING PROCESSES WHERE FOODS ARE GOING THROUGH THE COOKING, COOLING, AND REHEATING CYCLE. CURRENTLY THE FACILITY IS CLASSIFIED AS A MEDIUM RISK ESTABLISHMENT. THESE PROCESSES WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE PRINCIPAL SANITARIAN AND IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO RAISE THE RISK ASSESSMENT FORM MEDIUM TO HIGH. IF THE RISK ASSESSMENT IS INCREASED THE PERMIT FEE WILL INCREASE TO $625.00 A YEAR. |
