02/04/2016InspectionComment only: I could not visually verify if the ice bin at the bar is equipped with an indirect drain to waste. The drain hose goes behind the beer tap and out of sight. Please respond in writing whether or not the ice bin at the bar is equipped with an indirect drain to waste. The plumbing issues must be corrected IMMEDIATELY. All liquid waste water spillage in the basement must be clean up IMMEDIATELY. Other violations must be corrected no later than 2/18/16, except the back kitchen storage room floor and basement beer walk in cooler walls and ceiling must be repaired and meet code no later than June 30, 2016. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 2/18/16.
