01/28/2016InspectionNote: All hot holding items temped at 140F or more. No rodent droppings were noted in the downstairs basement dry storage. Soups and stews are now being cooled in shallow pans in the cooler. Baked potatoes are now being kept in the flip top cooler for storage. All violations to be corrected by 2/11/16 unless otherwise noted. Please email rebecca.bussert@health.ny.gov with a list of each violation and the corrective actions taken by 2/11/16. Note: Operator states he still has not received his permit. To follow-up.

11/03/2015InspectionComplaint: Dishwasher appeared to be operating properly. No flies or fly paper present in the kitchen. No expired or moldy product observed at time of inspection. Restrooms appeared to be in working order. All violations to be corrected by 11/17/15. Please email rebecca.bussert@health.ny.gov with a list of each violation and the corrective actions taken by 11/17/15.
