Coleslaw: 41 and can of pears just opened and divided into bowls 57 dF (placed right into refrigerator after preparing).

All foods properly tempted upon arrival. Bathrooms - ok. Will return for sanitary survey and surveillance sample - will contact water department - responsible for onsite water system.
