10/29/2015 | Inspection | Note: Operator states that he plans on moving to a new location around January 2016. Mail new FSE packet to operator.
Complaint: All salads that I observed appeared to have fresh ingredients. None of the produce appeared to be spoiled or brown. At time of inspection the floors and underneath equipment was clean except the areas noted in the above inspection.
