The automatic alarm did not go off. The freezer unit was serviced today and freezer temp is now at 22 degs. Kitchen manager was advised to monitor closely and update Health Dept by phone; cheese pizza with fruit cups and salads. This inspection counts for your 2nd annual inspection required by permit
