 07/16/2015InspectionThe menu was reviewed with the operator and proper heating, cooling and reheating procedures were discussed. All food temperatures monitored with a DOH thermocouple were acceptable including: cold held milk at 40 degrees F and cooked ground beef at 41 degrees F.
