Ice for consumption at bar is seperated from ice plate and hoses. Twenty seats observed in new dining area; February 26, 2016 notice of intent response letter discussed. Discussed rear storage area; need for floor, walls and ceiling to be smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean if used for food storage, dish storage, etc.
